I\'m going to repeat what I have posted elsewhere. Awful service for notary public. My gf was quoted over the phone a fee of £60 (already relatively high seeing that i had achieved the same thing for £45 at another practice in cardiff last October but she needed the documents signed so was happy to accept that). The Notary public was abrupt and rude in his manner, disputing whether she had an appointment in the first place not knowing the reason for the visit.... to top it all, different to what was previously quoted, He informed my gf that she had to pay £5 extra, per paper signed with his signature... AFTER HE HAD SIGNED THEM. Making what could easily have cost £40-£50 elsewhere becoming a £100 rip off.... but not to fear.. out of the goodness of his own heart he said he\'d do it for £80. The lack of clarity is disgusting and should be addressed. A simple procedure like this shouldn\'t lead to a flood of tears from someone who is put under pressure and on the spot to pay a fee that was not agreed. Making the second name of your company seem rather Ironic. I will be happy to reply if you dispute any of the claims i make here. I can not comment about your other services but this was beyond dreadful....
